Solid Motor Mounts? Reply #6 – December 07, 2005, 01:15:16 PM Why dont the mounts fit?I have polys in my 85 and had them in my 83.My 87 T bird has 5L HO from a stang and i had stang mounts in it.I havent look to hard at the TC yet to see how K member looks. Quote Selected
Solid Motor Mounts? Reply #7 – December 07, 2005, 01:31:18 PM The 83-85 Kmembers use the same mounts as a Mustang. The 86-88's have a different K-member and thus different mounts.....Your 87 5.0 should have the same K-member as the TC. If you are not the original owner of the car, then I bet it was swapped.
