3.5" mandrel bends...where to get them? November 17, 2005, 10:16:52 PM I've been throwing around an idea of doing a new 3.5" intake (in front of the turbo) on my car, since I have a 3.5" inlet filter and some connectors to do it with, but I don't have any 3.5" mandrel bends and haven't had much luck finding any. Do you guys know of any places to get 3.5" mandrel bends for a reasonable price, or of any cheap cold air kits with 3.5" pipe that have at least a 45 and a 90 in them? I have a site bookmarked for a place that makes some fairly cheap aluminum mandrel bends, but in 3.5" the smallest radius they offer is 6" and that's not a tight enough bend. Quote Selected
