State Inspection(dilemma will it pass)

so i have put this off till the verry last day. (i know not good) but saturday im off and will have 2 choices . 1. not pay and go threw state and try my luck. 2. pay 50 bucks or more and be good. but im not sure how much i am going to get paid friday. and i wanted to get some new cloths and go to sixflags wed. but i dont think i'll have the money. bc of the rent.

so if i go to state and fail could i just go to the guy i was gonna pay 50 bucks and pass later . only reason i think i may fail is the top 2 cats are busted out on my h-pipe. from who ever owned the car b4 me. i did just put new plugs wires cap and rotor. on wed night and have only driven the car not even 50 miles yet. put i do have the fule pressure cranked up to 45 psi. .timing is stock. 935.0 what should i do to cheat a little. i hear rubbing alcohal in the gas tank works? and run regular rite? otherwise everything works just the driverside door lock dont work with the power it's not a manual. i removed tha acumilato bc it was jamming up. but i cant fail for that rite.

ok enough out of me.. what do you guys think.. by the way lovely state of New Jersey
