BEARMAX,
I actually think it looks pretty cool.  But I'm the kind that likes mixing things up (combinations that Ford/Mercury never offered).  I've actually considered putting an '87/'88 Cougar front end on an '83/'84, for little more reason than to be different and have a car you won't see anybody else driving.  How do you think that would look?  Oh, you should still have another beer.....

I put a TC bumper on my 88, but kept the Cougar header panel and grille. Don't know about putting the TC header panel on a Cougar??

I guess if it's done right and the car is painted so all parts match it wouldn't be that bad.
I personally wouldn't do it. Just because I'm not into the cross breed thing but that's just my opinion. I once saw a grey LS cougar around here that had the front clip of a red TC and it looked horrible. But I did see an 83-86 Bird with an 87-88 TC front clip which looked awesome.

Swapping the bumper doesn't bother me. As a matter of fact I really like the look of the TC bumper on a cougar but just wouldn't go beyond that.

Of course it would be fun if someone was like " look at that cougar" and then they're like " no, it's a T-Bird, no . . .cougar. . .wtf!?"

i think the turbo coupe lower looks pissah. the header doesnt realy belong. if anything id make sure you shave the bird emblem off the front or get one of those smothed over aftermarket headers....somebody should photoshop a sports nose on a cougar...

Drink another beer or drink some kind of liquor.  I personally don't care for the Turbo coupe header. I  do like the T/C bumper cover. Also do what you want not what we say. I think it makes the car look like a cop car for some reason.

if you swap the whole clip > it will look ok the car in the picture doesn't have a t/c bumper cover. if you go that far i would see if you could do the tsilights also .

but then again you could just snag ya a bird unless your a big fan of the cougar roofline
