can some one help me with info on how to get some kind of 3d and or photo shop download        thank's

dl'ing software is illeagal and immoral and I would never condone it.

(okay. now that I got the leagal-ese out of the way. try emule or bit torrent site. just watch out what you get and check comments to make sure you are dl'ing virus' and stuff like that)

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is the latest version of photoshop
And for 3D i Recommend 3ds MAX 7 (or 8 might even be out now)

Bit torrents, or Fserves on IRC channels are your best bet.

and for the record: this is just from what I hear. I would never do it either. ;)

I hope you weren't actually winking.. when I did it, I was just merely illustrating that while I wrote that comment, there was something in my eye. because you know, the wink might demonstrate that we don't mean what we say ;) ..  there it goes again.. gotta be some kind of airborne dust..

Also depends on what you are doing in 3D.  If you are doing buildings or something mostly boxy, Autodesk VIZ, or even easier (but less life-like) @Last Sketch-up.
