In fact Canada did just the opposite - Petro Canada was a federal government agency and was sold to the private sector about a decade ago. Now Petro Canada is almost always the very first to raise their prices. Figures the government would wash its hands clean of something that makes money... Quote Selected

Still others are only allowing a certain sale amount per person. I had to go to three different stations today before I found one that had gas and would let me put it in my gas can for the mower.
