I found that if you put the end on the hook then insert the straight end into the hinge arm that its much easier and you wont get hurt. I used a pair of channel locks to help with leverage and once I got it started into the hole I used a hammer to get it the rest of the way. hope I helped :D oh by the way my hands hurt :rolleyes: Quote Selected

An '80/'81/'82 XR7 roof grafted on an '85. If the vinyl was restored, it might not be a bad looking car. I may be wrong, but I don't think Ford/Mercury made that car look like that.
