The trim stays with the glass I believe. You'll have to remove the seat back and bottom, pull the plastic interior panel off, and then you'll see the nuts the hold the glass in. Go down to carquest, autohole, or O'ripoffs and get yourself a tube or two of windshield sealant (black stuff) and you can easily fix it yourself. A little elbow grease with a wire wheel drill attachment, and you're ready to goop the shiznit back on and reassemble. Just like silicon gasket stuff. Easy peasy.
Now if it's the back glass, you'd probably want a auto body shop or a glass place do that. Let us know :)
