Are you planning on running a cowl hood or some type of scoop to cover the air cleaner?  Good Gravy is there even a cowl hood that big?

i am working on the hood situation , i am kind of torn between a boss 429 style hood scoop or a harwood 8" cowl scoop.

there is not a hood for t-birds that is that tall

you could always just get a cowl add on and reverse it over the air cleaner. I dunno but I think that that would be pretty bad ass.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

You should do the boss 429 hood scoop, after all that would be quite bad ass with having a 429.....and be unique like your engine.

What about a "shaker" hood scoop a la 1970 429 Torino Cobra?

it would be near impossible to make look "" correct"" as far as fit  cause the carb about 1/2 out of the hood with it closed.

it would look cool though .. :D

Very nice and thanks for the pictures, looks great.

Can you tell me more about the crossmember and suspension?  How does it handle on the road?  How well did the k-member fit?

Thanks
