Go to a parts store or order a new one. Old speakers are just that.....old speakers. Worn out. Price ranges vary from cheap and up.

That's what I ended up doing. I tried to find an NOS, but no luch. Bought an aftermarket speaker at Autozone that fit OK, not perfect though. I had to use washers under the screws since the mounting hole centers were different. Sounds, good though! The one I removed was dry rotted pretty bad.
