Pay Pal ???

Some of us remember when i wanted to buy the cd magazine for the explorer. Well, i found a seller in Ebay able to ship the item to my city, but he prefers "pay pal" . I went to the website, and read the info, but i did not understand anything....sorry. I only understood that i need to sign up to paypal, but only that. I want to know how it works, if it is safe to use in Ebay, and other things.Or if some of us recommend another safer payment mode. Thanks in advance...

Mex You Will Need To Set Up An Acount To Do So You Will Need To Have A Ckecking Acount + Fill Out All The Info .i Was A Little Questionable At First But After Using It .it's Realy Cool And Very Safe To Use. Once You Set Up The Acount You Cant Transfer
Any Funds Untill They Verify You Bank Acount.they Do This By Making Two Small Deposits Into The Acount.this Usly Takes 3-4 Buis Days.then Go To Your Email And There Will Be A Link To Inter The Two Small Deposits.and Wala You Have A Paypall Acount

If you just want to buy something, you can use a credit card with Paypal.
If you sell stuff you need the checking account setup. When they collect collect money for something you sold they can deposit it in your checking account.

Paypal is owned by E-Bay and I have never had any problems with it.
