An SC comes supercharged, if that's what you're asking about.

No, I think in his own very articulate way, he's asking if he can bolt a s/c onto his stock n/a 3.8 bottom end and is asking whether he needs to swap ECUs and if his stock block will handle it.

its not a simple matter of just bolt on the M90.  The S/C has bigger injectors and other electronic goodies.  All 3.8s don't like their headgaskets, so bolting the S/C and other goodies on the n/a 3.8 is just asking for trouble.  If you are going to do it, do it right and swap the whole motor in...

I think someone else suggested that possibility a long time ago. You could be right. I guess we'll never know unless they slip up somehow.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

but will a 5,0 heads match up with a 514? That wasent really ever answered. They have to be almost the same and all. Engine is prolly the same size, hence the 302 vs 514.
