Fuses, where are the rest?

My trunk release and fuel door release buttons will not work. I have checked all fuses in the panel under the dash at the driver side and all are good. According to my manuals, there should be another fuse, but I can't find anything. I also do not have power to my cig lighter or for the door chimer. These are all insignificant things, but I hate it when something doesn't work. One of the manuals mentions a fuse box near the battery, but I'm either blind, don't know what I'm looking for, or it isn't there. Can anyone help?? Please??

Okay, let's follow the power flow...

black fusible link (the greasy spaghetti by the battery)
fuse 10
cig lighter
flash-to-pass relay
horn relay
fuel door button
fuel door solenoid
ground

Somewhere along there you won't have 12V.
Got a voltmeter or test light?
