Sunroof fitment.

I can't seem to get this dang roof to sit right. It always seems to sit high on the front right. I pulled it to change the seal but I don't know if it was wonky before I pulled it or not. Anyone ever have this issue???

with piece of square cardboard or poster board standing vertical on the roof
~guestimate the basic roof curvature and cut out the curve
tape the postor board down to the roof
with a 2'' thick block of wood & paper towel under the block
with a penciel taped to the top of the block of wood
slide the block of wood along the roof line so your penciel is transfering the roof arch / shape *exactly* to the poster board
now remove the poster board and cut out that new arched line you just transfered.
take your poster board over to another vehicle and compare the roof line in the same area

your observing if your roof line isnt high in one spot or another

from there you may need to work the interior under the headliner framing area to pull down the deminsional area that is probably high.
this should offer a very good test because you are capturing a lot of information from driver to passanger side in a fairly calibrated manner if your steady.

yeah, i know youve been working on this for a while.

here is  shop manual  info that i posted a while back where you chimed in asking about the molding.
