I can't win...... 3/24/2014 Back in business! March 16, 2014, 10:27:40 AM So this was done to my car in my driveway between 9AM and Noon yesterday.....My first thought was perhaps one of the kids did it, but after a few questions I realized it wasn't them. They hadn't been anywhere near the car. I know it was between those times because at 9 it was perfect and when I went to hose off the dirt spots from the drizzle the night before at noon it was there. I've seen handle bar marks and for a handle bar from a bike to do this a great amount of pressure would have to be applied. Enough to dent the panel. The height difference between the mark on the door and the scratch on TOP of the front fender is approximately 6 inches.... No kid did this by accident in my opinion. It's going back in again Monday..... I already filed a police report. At least the repair be a tax write-off. Not even worth filing through insurance.... Quote Selected

Hindsight says I should have.....$6500 and it's yours Scott Also I wear shorts in about any weather if it's above 25 or so degrees Fahrenheit (holy I spelled it right on the first try according to my auto-correct).I been hittin my legs HARD in the past 3 months. Start with barbell squats, do my entire routine and then hit up the reverse V-squat machine and go heavy on it. The reverse V-squat has helped immensely with healing a groin injury I sustained over the summer. My knees haven't felt as good as they do now in about 15 years. It's helped my lower back too.Personal best on the Reverse V-squat today. on my 3rd set I went for 504 lbs.... Knocked out 9 reps. I've never done a one rep max on the machine.
