Dam Neck eh?  NMITCs? Or were you one of those tough Navy guys running up and down the beach?  Been to school there a few times.

Keep your head down :-)

That's some incredible money, but I guess it's probably pretty ed risky, too, though.  Still looks like a great opportunity to make up for the years(?) of unemployment you've had.  Hope you come home safe.

Ive been working odds and ends and a couple real jobs since my layoff in 03 so yeah,, time to pull in some slack and get busy.  I highly doubt time will go by slow, i prep mentally fairly easy in situations when i need to.  The wife, she's gonna suck it up and git her teeth.  She's going to stay realy busy and keep her mind off things.

with that much money, you should at least do some work on your car when you get back.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Watch out for the DU dust in the atmosphere.

As someone who is the offspring of someone who had heavy exposure to Agent Orange, DU dust/residue is not something I wish on anyone.

Good Luck - It should be a very interesting job working with all that equipment.  Just be careful & trust your instincts!

Definitely will miss you on the board for that duration.  Your general write-up on servicing darn near everything is awsome.

Depleted Uranium. It's a touchy subject right now with many people, but I think at least one member of my family got cancer from contact with the residue. They inspected vehicles before shipment back to the States back in the first Gulf War.
