87 GST Bird

Figured I would post a few pics of my car although I have still yet to do any mechanical upgrades to this beast =) I am glad however that I went cosmetic first as I was the last person to ever get a body kit made by GST FX as the company went out of business within a week after he made my kit. The same affects can be accomplished if you have a background in fiberglass and know which other cars to take the parts from =D

Always looking for new things to do to this cosmetically so if you have any praise, criticism or ideas feel free to post. I promise I won't cry =)

If you want to see more pictures follow this link. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/744836/1987-ford-thunderbird/

Thanks!! =D Was actually a member of this forum a few years ago but I forgot my old account name. I thought it was exactly what it is now but apparently not.

The next plans are all mechanical.
 - V8 Cobra Engine
 - Manual Transmission
 - Suspension, Shocks, Struts
 - Exhaust

Hopefully by the time I am done this Bird will be road ready for daily driving again. Car is only at 100k miles but has seen better days, especially since she's been off the road.

I think it was something along the lines of leesGSTbird, this is the car that first caught my eye when I had my silver 88 TC.  I remember contacting you about various things.  Welcome back!!
