French doors in the bedroom

Well,, these old doors were made by a company i think is still up and running.

doors are stamped on the end saying
"hardwood products corporation"
"Neenahh Wisconsin"

I am putting hardware on the door today but wanted to get a few progress pics up.
been at it hard since the first of june doing home upgrades and such.

time to get the old window out and make a bigger hole,, all the while jacking up the roof a little to take presure off the vertical logs.

now the tricky part,, if i cut this wrong,, theres no amount of trim or shims to fix it, it becomes a strutural issue from now on.

Made a few cuts an all turned out well.

Now that they fit,, I'll lay in some hardware , fetch some period correct handles from an old door i have in the tree house, pull the pins and let the wife begin painting them.
