94 t-5 work or not?

For some reason i think the upper switch also controls the CRUSE CONTROL. I had an issue some time back with an ECM smoking out from a guy that did a conversion. Cant remember what i did. Because the midnighter and my mustang will start in gear with the clutch depressed and the tranny in gear. Just a thought
