If you have the extra cash I'd say go for it. Any Fox Mustang bar should fit.

If you've got mushy, rotted rubber control arm bushings, worn out struts, and/or bad ball joints, then I'd spend the money on those first.

Not trying to be a dick, but those are more important to have in good shape first. If those are all good to go, then hell yeah, get a strut tower brace and have at it :)

I got one a while back. It'll go back on when I finish the other bits and pieces under the hood. Every little bit of stiffening helps. Grab a Fox Mustang strut tower brace (as mentioned above), and install it. You'll need to drill some holes

I used a Maximum Motorsports bar for an 86-93 Mustang. It fit fine but you'll need to cut out a corner off the bracket on the passenger side to clear the stock T-bird strut mount. I like the MM bar the best as it ties into the pinch welds on the firewall instead of the cowl, making it stiffer and stronger.

If you don't have subframes yet, dot hose first for sure before you start twisting the car up.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Here ya go. I put up a picture of the part of the mount on the passenger side I had to remove to clear the strut mount as well.
