remove headlight cover

I know on coolcats it sais just pull off the tailight cover (for removing the reflectors inside) but they dotn just pull off. I need to get both my Headlight and Tailight covers off, and put them back on, without breaking them. How do i do this?

I removed my taillights and ran hot water inside them. This not only softens the seals, but it also helps to remove all the dust and dead bugs inside.
Then, carefully pry the lenses from the housing, using equal and even pressure on the lenses. Logically, if you just start pulling on a corner, you'll break the plastic.
