Nice Mustang retro

My friend inherited this mustang from his father who recently died, the conditions in which we get these kind of past downs from our family is sometimes heartbreaking and sometimes joyful but long-live this pony

Why was this red interior ever decided upon by ford. If the red was closer to the exterior, it would have been excellent. In this car especially, that interior looks terrible. The white is very nice.

That looks very nice. I'm kind of digging the white and red interior too.

The question should be why was red interior ever an option on ANY car? :D

Nice.

I've noticed that the only Fox Mustangs that are not chopped up/modified are convertibles. Probably because it's harder to get them set up for racing.

A red interior was an option because it wasn't as boring as black, grey and tan (what you can get now).

But it's not even really red. It's just gross. I mean sure mine, other than the top of the two tone dash, is more vibrant red than this Mustang, and it looks much better, but they needed to go even further. The "red" interior in that Mustang is just the worst.

Actually, I think it's a nice little car. Looks well taken care of. I used to joke years ago that when someone in my family died, you took a blanket, shovel and pack a lunch. It's nice that his father left him this gift.
