88 TC Vacuum line routing T3 stock IC manual boost controller

Need the correct turbo vacuum line rounting: 88 TurboCOupe, just installed a T3 using stock intercooler and homemade boost controller.  Having trouble figuring out what to do with the lines going to the IC.  Do I keep the stock line coming from the vac. tree on the IC? What about the other nipple on the IC?

Post a photo. But the vacuum line aspirator if you will at the bottom of the stock inter cooler can be plugged with a 1/8 pipe plug. According to ford it is an aux. vacuum source for the cruze control. I have dun some messing with it and did some readings on it and in my view is a waste of time. Remove the fitting and plug it off.
