Hey,  I was there for the Capt. America Mustang run!  He pulled a 436 at the wheels.

Then you missed how long it took the poor guy to back it up onto the dyno.  He musta stalled about 15 times  :toilet:

Anybody catch the burnout contest?  I noticed every car in it had some type of posi.  They all kept slidin to the left.  Now if they had a locker like me....... :D  When that Primer Grey pickup pulled in I told my wife that that was gonna be the winner.  She gave me the WTF? look.  I shoulda bet her a footrub or somethin like that :giggle:

burnout contest was awesome, anybody have pics of it? me and my gf left the camera at the hotel when we went back and didnt realize until we parked again...:( Parked at some lil pizza shop by gate1, next to shawn like the 1st time and I didnt see the owner walking around so we hurried back across the street to not pay again :D

Got my mach1 style hood on my car that I bought there on yesterday, still needs some sanding and maybe some light bondo, but I got it for 140 :)

Ill be bringing my car to carlisle next year, so look for a black primer hatchback in the burnout contest...tires are comming off :D :D :D

Also with the burnout contest, I think they were spraying to much water near the front, plus they had to drive through it and the front wheels got all wet so that didnt help either, great non-the-less. the cobra at the end was nice, 1st time I got to see those kuhmo tires in person. Seen a vid of it online about a month ago though.

It's Gumby's fault.

Also related to the burnout contest.  The 2 '05 Mustangs that entered....The first one had a computer tune that removed the torque management.  That's why he did pretty good and the second guy sucked....

i talked to him about it, he said he's got a few more items coming back from the plating shop, and he has some other stuff coming back from powdercoating, and he cant think of anything else to plate/polish/dip/powerdercoat

i pointed at his gillis valve, and was like "buy one of his polished or plated ones", he was like "nah, its like, 40 bucks", but he spent about 180 on plating and powdercoating a few weeks before
It's Gumby's fault.

Anyone who saw this car know if it was a real 30th anniv car?  It kinda looks like it in a few of the pics.  That would be the fastest 30th out there!!!

Great pics guys, you all rock!
