What does everyone recommend for cleaning garage floor?

We are moving out next week and would like to get our full deposit back so we are cleaning like crazy this week.  The garage floor is pretty stained from oil, brake fluid, tranny fluid, and every other automotive fluid.  In addition to that, there is also a big rectangle of over spray where my car was when I painted it.

I borrowed a pressure washer from my wife's supervisor and it is doing OK (just realllly slow) on the over spray, but not doing much to the stains.  I have some chemicals on hand that are left over from my wife's chemistry class (TSP, muriatic acid) but I would like other options as well.  Thanks!

This is what the floor looks like...

i've heard of some people using bleach with good results, but never used it myself.. i've used superclean and a scrub brush.. doesn't get it all up, but i'd say it's about 75% effective

It never seems to come all the way out on an unsealed floor. I use super clean with a brush and a pressure washer.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

We are trying to stay flexible on our route due to weather concerns.  We are most likely going to drive through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas since it is our usual route when driving home to Wichita.  If the weather is bad that route we may go through Utah, Colorado, Kansas, but Colorado in February probably won't have any better weather.

The pressure washer is cutting through the over spray pretty well!  Now I just have to take care of the stains.

I like the chemistry class option, but that's easy for me to say since I wouldn't have the breathe the fumes of whatever toxic chain reaction gets unleashed.

Usually I just wipe it down and call it good, but you could try Oil eater, I believe it is available at Costco, and I used it with varying success on asphalt.
