Chuck is a moderator; it's his job to publicly regulate threads that bend or break the rules. We spent years building these forums to stay civilized. Jokes are fine, but really low-brow, off-color stuff can be left out.

Understood, but he doesnt need to make snide remarks to regulate a thread. Or maybe he does to make himself feel better about his life. This is the third or fourth time chuck has said something smart ass to me in my threads, and not once anything productive...Including threads that I was asking a question. I dont see him doing that to the people that posted pics of themselvess flipping the camera off (which is the same thing) Or the guy that made the thread titled something like "Now thats F*CKED"... Either way, thanks to those that helped me with my car. But I'd rather not put up with someone who thinks he is better than me because he mods a forum about cars that cost less than a computer.

I can go to a mustang forum is I want to socialize with chuck's kind (douche bags)

I do not see any snide remarks in his responces. Not that you didn't start first. You broke the rules on a family oriented message board. Have fun with the mustang British cigarettes.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

Post up a wanted ad in the classifieds of this forum...

Kinda seems like a logical start to me.

The two above quotes are from serious threads I made... the stuff I put in bold didnt need to be said.

And there is a difference between just editing my post and putting reason "language" and editing it and saying "language...I shouldnt even have to say anything"

Those are snide remarks...and Dont worry, Im not going to a mustang forum, just saying I know where to find chuck's family. btw, calling people British cigarettes is against the rules.

Actually I don't see the above remarks as being "snide". The first one sounds like good advice, and the second one is just an observation. Lighten up youngin' this is the best forum on the intra web, everybody helps everyone else, and jokes around all the time.  Just sayin'

Someone has some thin skin.

I talk to people here the way I talk to people in person, direct and to the point, and usually with a bit of dry humor.  Your attempts at insults are laughable at best, and if your last comment there was some sort of threat, again, laughable.  The only "douchebag" is the kid throwing the fit because he can't handle a reprimand like an adult.  The comment about your friend was meant to be funny, but obviously you can't recognize humor.  If you can't handle sarcasm, stay at home.

I'm not going to PM you to tell you that you broke a rule.  They're posted for everyone to read, and if you choose not to read them, or not to follow them, I'm going to call you out on it.  I was asked to VOLUNTEER my time to help police this forum as the site OWNERS like it to be kept.  Seeing as time is something I have little of, between 2 jobs, building motor mounts on the side, working on the cars, training, spending time with my girlfriend, etc, having to deal with whiners is just tedious...and I hate tedious.

If you question my contribution to this forum, you're barking up the wrong tree.  I've been a member here for 12 years, and have had these cars apart many more times than you have, I'm sure.
