In this picture, check out the rear 1/4. I need the piece from the middle of the black trim and down. Enough that the top of the 1/4 would be about 2 inches under the trim. I can trim it down. Not the structure behind the 1/4, mainly outer painted part. The skin mostly.

no go I started cutting and the bondo was flying, and there was a py repair on the bottom from an old rust hole

Vinnie, I may have what you need.  Just picked up an '87 TC with a mint body that I'm gonna start parting out next week.  I'll keep checking back to see if you got one yet.  Here's a pic.
