Does anyone else suffer from anxiety?

Well, seeing that in yourself is a good start in changing things. A change in daily routines and habits are a great start. Also, a healthy diet and exercise. Getting started is hard to do, but once you get going, it can make all the difference. Don't look past today. What is happening when you start to feel anxious or depressed? Do you have a wife, kids, pets? Do you work? What do you watch and listen to? Surround yourself with positive things as much as possible. If it's not good for you, step away from it. You only get one life to live and you need to make the most of it. As I said, change of habits and routines. Do you pretty much do the same things from day to day? Start a workout routine daily or every other day at least. Eat well and healthy. Diet can make a difference in the way you function. What makes you feel good? When are you the happiest? Be careful, though. many people who suffer from depression can find themselves doing harmful things that they think make them happy, when, in reality, they are trying to fill an empty place inside. Like buying things, eating, etc. Temporary fixes to make themselves happy, trying to fill a bottomless hole because they're missing something in their life. First, you gotta figure out what's missing, what's not in place. Don't over complicate things. One day at a time only. You can't change yesterday, it's gone. Tomorrow isn't here yet. Work on today. Focus on now. Make sure that when you go to bed, you can honestly tell yourself "I did the best I could today". You also have to remember, that on some days, we will fail. That's life. That's being human. No person is perfect. If you're moving forward, keep moving forward. If you stumble, then simply get up, and keep going.
