Nice find for the gen II TC guys

The wife had me through Liquidation World the other day, (as exciting as it sounds) and I came across these guys. I thought they looked close enough to the busted ones on my TC, so I picked up a set for $15 CAN (7% tax). Turns out, they're direct replacements for the fog lights on 87-88 TCs.

3" x 5 1/2" 55W. There weren't a lot there, but if anyone wants me to go over and pick some up, let me know. I'm not interested in making a profit, so if you cover cost and shipping, I'll get you a set. It's all about helping a guy out. I remember seeing used TC lights on Ebay for $30-60 US, so I thought this would intrest some of you. :D

hmmm looks i may have to take a trip to the new Liquidation World that just opened here.i got a reall nice chrome set at py trash for 19.99$

It's the long weekend. I'll see if I can check it out for you.

This reminds me. Someone on NATO asked me to check it out for him, but it was when Coira was born, so I forgot all about it.

They are exactly the same other than the mounting. They are top mounting rather than rear, so you have to remove the bracket and drill a hole through the bumper (it won't be seen, so don't worry). You're better off anyway, since the brackets weigh a good 8-10lbs or more.

Honestly, I haven't been back in a while, and finding time when you're trying to get your house ready for sale (IOW, every spare second).

I'm thinking maybe you should call my wife. She'll remind me and make me go to LW. :D

Dude, I'm so useless. I didn't forget this time (which is out of character for me to remember anything), but I had absolutely no time. I didn't even get to put a new rear in the truck, just diagnose it and mount me roll pan.

I'm going to call the wife. I know she has lots of time to spare lately.:hick:

ah well there is no hurry  I still dont know why I dont have power to my fog lights
