Got the tail all mocked up and looking good. to bad it all has to come back apart for me to fix the rear quarters. But I did some little mods and finished welding up my exhaust. Man, those mac lers talk to ya nice. I still have some fitment work to do to the cut outs in the bumper but it tucked up in there nice enough for today.

And the hood.

What do ya think?

Thanks Vin! I cant wait until some more moolah rolls my way. I still need shocks, all the front accy. brackets I decided that Im keeping my power steering for a while Plus this march alternator bracket blows.

I think by tax time next year Ill dump some major cheddar on rims and rubber and hopefully before that happens Ill atleast have all the bodywork done and she'll be ready for paint.

What kind of springs are you using?  I've had a real hell of a time trying to decide what springs to buy to get good ride height..even pondered getting coilovers just to set it myself lol.  I've got cargo coils on the back now, with offset 275's, and they rub.....and on the front I've got a broken v6 spring on one side and a melted v8 spring on the other side...and they rub too :P.  I want a good looking height as well as retain a good smooth ride, but I don't want the tires to catch on the fenders every time i pull into a driveway...Theres the v6, v6 heavy duty, and v8 springs from moog ive been lookign at, but dont know what to get...any thoughts?

Lol it does idle like that when warm just not as lopey. I built this motor for one purpose. to move the car until I can get crackin on the 351. It up until today had cost me less than 200 bux to build the motor. now its a $435 thanks to the new holley sitting on top of it.

When I paint it, its going to be all me :) thanks for the offer though. Im hoping it turns out as good as Im imagining it in my head
