That does suck.
Just an FYI, the one time I had to do the same thing through Paypal, they did find in my favor. Unfortunately, since the deadbeat who stiffed me parts didn't have any funds in his paypal account, I got NOTHING. So much for Paypal protection.

That's no good either. Hopefully I'll get my money back from him. He still seems like a descent guy and I'm not bad mouthing him, things just didn't work out for some reason. He just sent me a message on facebook and he's still having trouble with fedex.

Final update. His buddy who's paypal he used stepped in and took care of everything. I got my money back today. So finally after 2 long months this has been resolved.

I'm glad it's been taken care of, it's a good thing he has such a good friend. I hate to give him a bad rap because things do happen. And some people just take longer than others to take care of bussiness. Of course if anyone does a search on him this thread will come up and it could act as a warning.

Yeah I thought the same thing. There was alot of excusses made. But in the end it worked out, I got my money back.

If he had access to a computer to be on FB, he had access to get in touch with you.

He won't be selling anything here for a while if he makes it back.

That's one of the things he said, his lap top died and he couldn't get on here. He said that he got emails on his phone from facebook, but that also stopped working at some point but then started working again. Like I mentioned there was alot of excusess made.

Not taking ANY side here...but, I can NOT remember passwords...if it wasn't for a word document stashed away inside my computer somewhere, I'd never keep track of all the passwords for shiznit. And I still don't have my p/w for this place put into my phone yet...

Not that I'm taking his side...just sayin....

On the other hand, he had an Explorer upper/lower I was talking to him about not long after he joined here....thinking perhaps I dodged a bullet in not going through with it. Of course, I was broke and had/have other parts obligations anyway...
