Years ago I could buy organic pads for the front of my 87-88 TCs, but the local auto parts store cannot get them anymore. They were the cheap house brand ones, but they have held up well over the years.

Does anyone know of any companies making organics ? They hold my brakes so much better than semi-metallics on the starting line.

I have also noticed no organics available. i would like to know why they went away.

What's odd is that for my 77 Celica race car, I can ONLY find organics locally at the Auto Zone and Pep Boys etc.

I found the rears easy enough:

The fronts are hard to find a correct part number.
I went to Rock Auto, but their part number system seems soooo screwed up.
They will list a number for say a 1987 Mustang GT front (same as 87 Turbo Coupe) but also list the same part number for a 1983 T-Bird....WTF ?

So, I try to go to the brand companies' website to nail down a part number and those websites are very vague.

I did nail the rear pads to part number 347.
Still trying to get the numbers for fronts in organic.

Auto Zone has them. I get all my organic pads for the Celica there.

Looks like 310 is the rear number.

the numbers i'm going to give you are generic numbers

it all depends on what brake setup your useing ie stock or like 87 and up mustang spindles..

EIS 310
EIS 431 87 and up mustang

the number your looking for has just a "D" not "DM" the "M" stands for metallic
