Ok. Hold on. I am running a A9L pcm with the stock thunderbird 5.0L engine harness (including the O2 harness) with a mass air conversion and a AOD. The only issue I have is a shiznitty idle due to no tune on the 351w yet. I have not burned up any pcm's yet

I haven't either,  I think our o2 harness is different than the stang.  Also I think it would have been a topic here over the last 10+ years if it did have to be repined.

our 02's are in the manifold, mustangs are in the H-pipe, they are longer.

The earlier link breaks it down. You have to just check if there is power to a certain pin on the harness while cranking the engine. I havent checked mine yet. We may all be fine, who knows.
