The trunk lid is OK, but it does have some rust on the bottom seam. Here are a few close ups of the rear...

The bumper cover is in great shape. Shipping to NY might be a problem though. Thanks for you interest.

These are definitely out of an 88 Cougar LS?
Could there possibly be a difference in the trunk lid mounting bracket location between the LS and the XR7?
I am so confused -
Measuring from where the straight bar mounts inside the bracket to where the bent bar mounts on one of the three outside slots is 47-1/2"
these are 42-1/4" - how could there be a 5-1/4" difference?

How about the underside of the trunk under the lock under the lip. That's where my problem is...

Do you have any motor parts? I need the metal coolant pipe where the heater bypass hose connects to.

Cougar1car, I will post some pictures tomorrow (Saturday) of the inner trunk lid. I think mine is better than what you have, but pictures will tell.

20thanniver-ls, I do have engine parts. I'm sure I have the metal coolant pipes from the water pump to the heater core. Is this what you are looking for?

Hey does this car have A/C? If so does it have the stock style clutch with a pulley that has 6 quarter-inch holes in the recessed part of the pulley face, kinda reminds you of a Weld Draglite wheel?

Cougar1car, here are some pics of the trunk...

Overall the trunk is in good shape. The only issue I see is the rear lip rust. There is also 3-4 dings on the surface - like small hail damage.

Well, this is what I did today...

A great running motor and transmission. To be transplanted into something else.

The carcass is to be hauled off by this coming weekend. So if there is any sheetmetal that you need, let me know ASAP.

Are the side mirrors black? If so how much for them to zip 12118? Also I am still interested in the front and rear bumper cover and the trunk but do not know how shipping will work? I get a pretty good deal with FEDEX thru my job would you be able to box it up so either fedex freight or fedex ground could pick it up? I could set up shipping and get you the labels...
