Craigslist individual emailed me of a roller

I posted on the Columbus oh craigslist how I needed doors and various other pieces. Bill emailed me this

"i have what is not really a parts car but a great 70k mile car very clean sounds like you would be better off using my body 950 obo it does not have an engine or trans but is a factory 5.0 now converted to 5 speed"

I'd assume its 87-88 since that is what my ad was for. 614-571-1820 "price goes up for ford show get it now"

Figured id throw it on here, my body is great minus my doors.

that's high for a roller, hell I've sold a couple 87-88 lx 5.0 birds running cheaper than that. I wonder if by FORD SHOW he means fords at carlisle? It would be ashame to tow that across PA just to haul it back again, lol

I think he meant the swap meet at the ohio expo center/ fairgrounds. Its usually the weekend after t-giving. A lot of random fox and other ford parts. bought some perfect condition service manuals for my car for $30.

$900 is indeed high for a roller, just figured I'd put his info here maybe someone would talk him down if they wanted it.

If it were rust free and straight, I'd pay that in a heartbeat if I were to do another one....It's becoming rare to find them in condition where restoration isn't needed...
