Anybody know anything about Gopeds? (motorized scooter thingies)

My neighbor gave my son a Goped that his roommate left behind.  It doesn't run and I am trying to figure out why.  I don't know anything about these things, just seeing if somebody here does.  It has fresh gas/oil mix, has spark, and seems to have compression.  It doesn't have a pull start assembly so we have just been trying to bump start it but it hasn't been working.  Any suggestions?

Here are some pics.

It might need the carb cleaned depending how long it sat.

yep, add chord.

now to get it started, empty out that mixed gas and pour some straight gas in.

start it up then shut it off.  add the mix gas and run it.

the carb is a complicated little  by walboro i think and its got tiny little ports and a diaphram kit , one part it a membrane and the other is the opposite with one way check valve flappers and a tiny tyny spring.  The carb rebuild kit is like 5 dollars at any small equip repair joint.
