Function before form I guess.  Probably could also be accomplished with an all-body-color regular T-bird grille.

I've been in the 2.3 Turbo world a LONG time...and I actually have 2 SVOs that make close to 400HP.....so I have an idea of what it takes to make the numbers....with that said I am going to have to put on my hip waders and call the BIG  :bs:  on this one!!!! There is no way that car makes 482HP! I've got a friend in PA with a full blown Esslinger engine in his SVO that makes 500HP and what I see in that auction would be lucky to go over the 300HP mark.

Nice car...but the owner is full of  :D

I just saw that grille, and CRIPES, why wouldn't the guy just install a non-TC header panel if he needed the ventilation????

I've gotta agree svopaul, about that engine likely not pushing almost 500 hp as advertised (which is why I said "if those numbers are true" in my original post) but that is still one schweet car!!!

Like I said, Id like to see some dyno graphs or documentation of the said HP/TRQ numbers. Id also take some timeslips, that car with 485+hp would be a solid low 11/high 10sec car, no prob.

cool looking car but i doubt 482 hp. there is alot of nice equiptment there $$$$. i could see 400 hp if the head is worked over fairly well and its all tuned in.
