I talked to the wife about it, and we reached a settlement to get it worked into our budget. Without going into details of that, I said, "I'd REALLY like to park it in the driveway, but ....well ...if it has the same, or less miles than the Thunderbird, it's mine. If it has more, I'll save for something else."It half-surprised me she was into the cat as much as I was Well, we stopped to look at it and change the plans we have for the next two days to adopt another cat (we have 4, right now, but none of the Mercury family) ...203,9XX miles crossed this car off of my list. 1997 30th Anniversary Cougar $2195 Reply #2 – July 15, 2010, 04:38:27 PM so--did you get it. pics are required. quite a few friends inthe IMOA have 30ths that they bought new and still have.i had a 94 that still only has 51k on it and now have a 96w/23000 on it--irvps- are you on tccoa forums too?whoops-guess i should have read the bottomwhite pearl would look better than red or tan. Like I said, the milage (203,000+) scared me away, for the time being.
