Contact them STAT and get the chrome if that's what you ordered. Or,maybe a rebate or something if they are out of the chrome.

I also got mine yesterday.....4 beautiful black LH and RH mirrors (2 each).I'll shelve them.I like the one's I have right now. I took my factory black plastic mirrors and polished the plastic to a high gloss. Very nice, and easy to maintain.

None of my two sets of NOS mirrors will probably ever see the Port. They will find shelf space for some time.I'm really good about keeping parts forever and doing nothing with them.My NOS Hella fog lights sat around for nearly 3 years before I finally installed them.I'm a patient guy. The new mirrors may find new homes in the future. We'll see what happens. If I find another Bird or, if I'm stuck in a bind, even a Cougar, they may go there.

only if it's an '87 with the SEFI 5.0 and full digi dash.

replace 87 with 86, and your right on the money.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.

No 4 eyed cars. Not my thang.I like the '87's and '88's.I've seen '87's with the full digi cluster (Like the Birds).I'd take an SEFI 5.0 '87 Bird with full digi gauges as well.I hate buttstuffog, but I'm not going to swap mine out.Too much labor.

I've never seen an '88 with full digital gauges.I keep an '88 Bird simply out of habit.I've had one for ever.I'd like a full digi car with the 5.0 (of course).Preferably a floor shifted car.Right now,I have plenty keeping me busy trying to get my "to do" list mostly finished, and the big cs out of the way.Seats.a/c,window tint......after that,I'm free to do anything.
