Or was he all matter-of-fact...I know it doesn't change anything, but it adds salt to the wound when somebody plows ya and there like "it, this ruins my day, *sigh*" and act like it's your fault. When some dumb lady was going 45 in a 25 right through a red light and broadsided me in my geo metro (after she got stopped about a 1/4 mile down the road) she comes storming up to my car and tells me the light was green, yadda yadda. Not "are you ok?" (which we weren't, all 4 of us took an ambulance ride). Good thing I had witnesses who saw the light was red for her and green for me. Anyway, nothing like being totaled AND scolded by the moron too. Quote Selected

Anyway, nothing like being totaled AND scolded by the moron too.The guy who hit me was humble and apologetic, it was a stupid accident, in that he backed up suddenly to park with no warning and never checked his mirrors.....he was in a Chevy pick up that sits much higher than my car, and if he had even glanced behind he would have seen me. It is a frustrating exercise, but my car will be fixed beautifully and i will get some nice upgrades out of the deal as well....so all's well that ends well. Quote Selected
