I hope that's the one that was wrecked a long time ago karl, but I know how much it sucks to see them go :(

This was not only my first Cougar, but it was also my first car. A drunk hit me on Labor Day 2002 when it was just about to hit 200,000 miles. The cost to fix would have been somewhere around $6,000. Instead, I ended up with Before and After.

I pulled what I could given the lack of time that I had and the increasing amount of time it sat in my driveway. I needed to get what I could and get it hauled away. This will be the first time in 2 and a half years that I will be able to move cars in and out of both sides of my driveway and garage. Before hasn't moved since the fall. I've run the engine but it's been blocked by the wrecked LS. I would coast the wrecked car down the driveway if needed and use the 74 Lincoln to push the wrecked car back up the driveway if needed to move it. That gets to be a hassle and I sold the 74 anyway and the guy is getting it Saturday so I wouldn't have been able to do that anymore.

The tow truck was able to slide the platform under the car without sing my pavement.

Karl,

Sorry to hear you had to get rid of her. Even torn apart that's one good looking Cougar.

Now you'll have full command of your driveways which is very cool!
