Let us know how it turns out.Oh cool... since no one had commented on that thread, I assumed no one had taken any notice.Charlie liked the looks of the upgraded compressor, and thought it should do quite nicely, especially with the log-header. We'll see! I plan on installing the parts tomorrow morning as I currently do not have a garage to work in and my car is sitting in direct sunlight in the late morning-late afternoon.Shiny Side Up!Bill Quote Selected
Look what came in the mail Reply #14 – June 25, 2010, 06:35:36 PM ok, since i run an IHI on my ranger, ill bite. what are the specs on the new wheel and housing? the ebay link in the thread on NATO is dead.did you have charlie do anything to the hot side to compensate for the (im assuming)larger diameter compressor wheel?be sure to let us know how you like it once its installed. im sure ill be looking for some type of upgrade for the ranger eventually. im very space limited by the A/C components, so no room for an externally larger unit. plus, i like having the lil IHI hidden down behind the alternator, under the coil packs and A/C lines; keeps the uninformed people guessin...
