Weird.

That would be awesome for highway trips,long drives.Not pretty,but very functional.That would stop a lot of front end abuse.

Seems like a good idea but would it not scuff your paint?  I would think that having that thing rubbing against the surface of the car might be worse than just dealing with bug guts and rock chips.

If you look close,you can see the little rubber "dots" inside to keep it from rubbing the paint.

I remember those from back in the day...been a long time. Cool.

And yes, the rubber nubs did rub the paint.

If it were me, I'd hang it on the garage wall just to look at it. ;)

Seems to me that with a little bit of fab work you can make on hell of a lightweight nose for a drag car outta that.:D

Wouldnt that restrict ALOT of air going into the radiator?

It's probably meant for a Turbo Coupe. They get their air from a scoop under the bumper, their header panel was one solid piece. Some Mustangs do the same thing.

Pretty much every panel on my 87 is new, rebuilt, or re constructed. :D
