Those help a lot.I'll be referring to them over the next few weeks as I start getting everything ready. Thanks a lot.

On a side note,I wonder if the a/c compressor would be just fine without the black steel bracket as back-up?I have it,but I'm just wondering.

I know this doesn't help you Vinnie , but I noticed something weird; notice how the big bracket is a mirror image on the 2 different cars  , mine is rolled toward the front of the engine, his is rolled toward the back
I just thought it was interesting ;)

Vinnie:  I think the compresor would move around too much without the frt bracket.

You can also use the upper small hose from a mustang. It runs across the dist and down
Unlike the cougar one that attaches to the P/S pump bracket and across the lower
part of the radiator support.

 Just some options

Just an FYI that little black box next to the air box is an A/C relay. Mine went bad and the compressor wouldn't kick on.

I've noticed that on these cars. Mine is rolled toward the front but I've seen some that were rolled toward the back as well. I have no idea why Ford used two different shaped brackets.
