That's lookin pretty good, But why keep the intake in the engine?
The air is cleaner and cooler on the outside.

I made that intake out of the stock tube, a Advance auto no-name air filter and a home made bracket bent up out of s steel I had laying around. The air inlet on the inner fender for the stock airbox is literally like 3" from the filter...so it should be getting enough cold air.  Plus I have a TC hood with the "air scoops" open so that should be expelling plenty of hot air.

I have seen a ton of high dollar "cold air" intake kits that have the filter in the engine bay.  Where do you suggest I put the filter?

Actually, the stock intake setup is already a CAI (cold air induction).Just remove the silencer and install a quality filter.I got the MAC CAI at a great price,or I would've kept the stock air box.

This is the only one I have right now.You can see it good enough I guess. There's a panel that blocks off the opening where the factory box was,and the big filter is inside the fender for the cool air.It get's really hot under the hood.

I run the stock air box with a Motorcraft air filter. I'll save the $50 and not run a K&N in the stock air box. I have $50 extra in my pocket and it only cost me maybe 1 hp ;)

I like the K&N because it is a good filter, and I can clean it.It gets very dry and dusty here, and cleaning the filter every couple of months is better for me than buying new ones that often (when I had the stock box). Now that the CAI kit is on there,I had to have the rectangle cone filter.I like it as well.

My car sees maybe 1500 miles a year if that much and only comes out on bright, sunny summer days. I'm not too worried about getting the filter dirty and having to replace it multiple times a year;)
