Yeah, lots of people have done it...as well as other swaps...there is a ton of useful information in the "Engine Swapping" section...you don't even need to use the search feature.

Good luck,
Don

I am in the middle of one right now. Lets just say it is starting to cost a little more now. I used the Crown vic pan, pick up and dip stick tube. Then I got a new timming chain for the engine.Cleaned the front cover and painted it.Got the BBK swap headers, 2 1/2" x pipe from i have no idea who makes it. I chucked the E7 heads for some GT40 X aluminums. Getting a PP Typhoon intake for a 351w. I have 24lb injectors with a 73mm C&L meter and a BBK fenderwrll mount CAI. 70mm TB and modified the fuel rails from a 5.0L stang with the modified coolant tubes. Got a dizzy from a 87 Econoline van with a 5.8L and swapped the roller gear onto it. I am using a 95 GT cam with 1.7 crane rockers. I can't remember what elses I have done but I will remember later. Oh yeah. A A9L pcm. There. Thats all I think.
