Carfax?

I want to find my old 1992 SHO beater. Does anyone have CarFax or can anyone get the VIN ran for me?

Im looking for old papers on the car for the VIN now. I might just call State Farms and see if they will give it to me.

just an FYI, carfax isnt going to tell you who owns it now just when it was registered, inspected and what mileage basically.
i have no idea how people track down their old cars using this.

Well I want to see if it has been registered since I sold it too. Im pretty sure it traded hands again, but Im not sure anyone has registered it.

There was as special way to get a VIN check through ebay for $10. Not sure if they fixed the glitch yet. I wrote about it here.
