dose any one know where to get an a-piler pod holder. and will a mustang one work?

Have one in mine,works mint.
Also you should change the title to A-Pillar.

full pillar or just pod?

Just the pod. I used a single pod from the 94-00 and it worked near perfectly.
It's Gumby's fault.

Do they work the same on 83-86 as well. I was thinking about the vert, but It's chopped at the top of the window, and I can't really tell if the pillar trim is the same on both my cars. I'm guessing they are. :D

Pretty much every panel on my 87 is new, rebuilt, or re constructed. :D

Should work the same as the 86 had the same interior as the 87-88.
The fact that the pillar is cut on your vert jerry should not matter as only the top portion would be missing.
I currently don't have a pic as the car is put up for the winter but it is a 2 gauge pod.

i had a pillar with two gauges which came off of a 94-98 mustang it fit perfect on my 84 cougar. the triple gauge pillar off of a 94-98 mustang you have to cut a little bit off the top to fit.
84 el camino ss-daily driver(efi mild sbc,2004r, posi 3:42 rear.)
84 mercury cougar v6- was a v6/ nitrous drag car, going back to mostly stock
81 chevy malibu-protouring/  drag car.( efi sbc supercharged 283 that will rev to the moon, 2004r, 4:11 posi rear)

ok thanks guys. any one know a site that haves them for cheap. i dont know if im going to go with just 1pod or 2pods just yet.

you can get them cheap at oriellys. i think the two pillar is like $35.
