Mustang clutch pedal options

Does anyone know the differences between clutch pedal assemblies between the 87-93, 94-98 and 99-04? I know there is a difference in Master cylinder rod length in the latter two cars, which I would imagine would effect pedal position. Does anyone know if I bought a 99-04, what problems would I run into? I'm going to have to go hydroboost for the 3v and am wondering if that opens up my pedal options.

no way 94-04 pedals will mount in a 87-93 without extensive modification.
