This is not meant to be a flame, but given the obvious lack of automotive knowledge that you have you should not even consider doing this swap yourself. Not trying to be mean, but brakes are what stops your car, and if you don't know what you're doing you could kill yourself or somebody else. You would need to replace the front rotors, calipers, spindles, rear axles, you'd have to get caliper brackets, you'd have to get inside the rear end, and you'd have to get rear park brake cables. The you'd have to install all of this stuff, and this is where you'd have problems.

The easiest solution for you would be to get a complete SN95 Mustang rear end and install it - this would eliminate the need for any axle mods as you'd be replacing the whole thing anyway. Then you'd just need to install the front rotors, calipers and spindles.

After all of that, why do you want to do a 5-lug conversion? I've never heard of a wheel falling off one of these cars because four lugs weren't enough, and you can get some very nice wheels in four-lug thanks to the 79-93 Mustang. If you're looking for performance gains there are none to be had with this "upgrade". Durabiblity will not be increased much (if at all). Really, if you want to upgrade your car as much as your numerous posts indicate your money would be better spent somewhere else on the car...
